So, Mother took the kitten outside this evening. All went well, and she had me come out to see that he'd flopped over on one of the paths the dogs have worn along the fence, looking all chill and relax and adorable... So I picked him up, had him all chill and relax, and Mother was petting him...
When Tucker barked at something beyond the fence. It freaked the kitten out and he clawed her hand(Again, because he'd gotten her a few days ago), and as I was trying to detach him from her hand, he got my arm, so we dropped him, and he took off for the back...
At least this time the battle wounds aren't the cat's fault. As in, he wasn't just being a douche, he wasn't irritated, he had been startled by the dog's doing. Tomorrow, there will be photos of my own battle wounds, both from the other day(Some are healed up a bit already and harder to see), and today's. I'm just glad his nails went UP my arm, not ACROSS, or I'd be at the hospital right now to get my arm bandaged for heavy bleeding.
Kittens... Are painful.

Fish, cats, dogs
It's taken me long enough, but I figured out why the photos I took on my 3DS weren't on the SD card...
...
...
I had to change the setting so it saved to it. Whoops! With that said, I present blurry pictures of my fish! Because they won't hold still. Some of these ARE rather old - I took them a couple weeks back, while others are much newer. I've also come to find out, in this time, that George and Orson aren't Mollies, but Platys. I'm still not sold on the notion that "The ones with the Mickey Mouse spotting are boys", though.
Meet Isaac! Loves the camera... I think he has to be the most bold fish of the four!
Nikolai's shy... This was his first photo, and he's STILL one of the most shy fish in the tank!
Here I present Orson, with his fat belly. Though I'm still worried that that could turn out to be not fat but baby fish... I'm not exactly prepared for baby fish.
Two for one - These are the clearest pictures of George I have. Okay, maybe HE'S the shyest... Or at least the most camera shy.
Of course, since I'd figured the camera out fully, I took the opportunity for some other pictures. Yes, I'm going to spam you.
I present Sugar, who believes dearly that the corner of my bed next to my head is HER spot when I'm in bed, and the stuffed lion in the corner of the space is her pillow.
Tucker wanted outside, so I ended up shooting this through the window of the back door. He has to be one of the happiest dogs in the park as far as yard space goes - There's enough room between that porch and the back fence for me to hit a tennis ball with a racket and NOT clear the fence.
Which means lots of running... Provided he doesn't do too much and end up having a seizure.
His brother(Half-brother through the same mother), Hershey, is more content to just stand or lay around. I'm surprised I caught him standing, really. Dog's so lazy he'll lay down to eat and drink... Whatever floats his boat, I guess.
And of course, Qing, the kitten of the house, and little hell-raiser. Since it's warm, I'm taking him out back more and more. This just happens to be the cover for the truck bed, with one of our old bikes relaxing against it. We need to take the weed wacker to that mess, I know... Then we can work on cleaning up the last of it. Somewhere in there is the riding lawn mower...
Ah, there it is! The big goal of last season was keeping the kitten inside, since it was cold and wet. Now that it's warming up, the big goals are keeping him in the yard, and keeping him out of the shed and out of UNDER the shed.... Since we don't know what's decided to chillax in there.
Of course, earlier in the day, the kitten had decided he didn't like me trying to hurry him inside and clawed my hand up... I may or may not regale you with the battle wounds. I'll also not be posting as much photo-spam as this post had again.
